When companies began asking me to train their leaders how to coach their teams, I had to reverse engineer what I do naturally to teach it to others. And those leaders tell me how powerful GROWTH MODEL™ works for them in coaching their teams for performance.

What they miss is, each part is a potential failure point if not handled, and handled well.
Every single step is important and practical.


I can work with you to come up with the best strategy. But if you hesitate because you’re not confident in yourself, your skill, or anxious about handling the people part, you either won’t take action—or your delivery will be lacking.
I can help you understand what you and the people you deal with think and feel, the motivations and intent, and help you overcome limiting beliefs. But without a strong strategy and the right skills to execute, you won’t get results.
I can help you upskill your communication, but if you don’t also work on your confidence, fears, and a strategic plan of action, you’re shooting blindly and hoping luck carries you.
Even if you master all of this, without a hard look at your goals, you may still end up unfulfilled. The right goal isn’t what others expect of you - it’s what you want, the version of you that is fearless. Clarity is key.
We are creatures of habit. Without someone in your corner who gets you, lifts you when you fall, and holds you accountable when you hesitate, change doesn’t last. You’ll slip back into old beliefs and habits.
This is why I also work with both a business coach and a spiritual mentor. They “get” me and support my growth. Each year, I look back and see how much I’ve moved forward. I never stop upskilling—for my own happiness and to better support my clients.

At 3 months, you see a noticeable shift in how you think, act, react and behave differently. You feel more confident and be able to better communicate to influence others - which will show up in real life gain in your career and personal life.
At 6 months, the usual length of the program, you have solidified the change in you, in your work and personal life, so it's a lasting shift.
The program is tailored to your specific, unique goals and situation. It will typically be structured like this:
- Unlimited, uninterrupted support over the duration of the program
- 2x monthly live online coaching sessions
- Unlimited text messaging and email support
The program is purposely designed this way so you get the support you need, when you need it. You are not left hanging when life happens between coaching sessions. You are not alone.
After 15 years of coaching professionally, I've found this format is the most effective way for the leaders I coach to get the results they want.
Over the course of the coaching program, you are welcome to send me questions, concerns, and celebrate your wins over text and email in-between sessions. Other than clarity and solutioning, I also am a whiz at helping clients script sensitive conversations, design sales pitches, edit your important emails, strategize your presentations and coach you to become own the stage in public speaking.

Clients typically sign on for a 6 month program.
Because this program is tailored to your exact needs, after our initial call, I'll be able to suggest the most suitable program structure to help you reach your goal. Programs can vary from 3 to 6 months.

I have a limited number of openings at any one time and a waitlist for new clients.
This is for 2 reasons:
1. I only coach a limited number of 1:1 clients at any one time.
This is so I am not overextending myself so I can fully support my clients as they need, and also for me as I walk my talk in creating balance in my life with my work as a speaker and coach, my other roles as a mother, wife, daughter and friend, and for my own continued growth and learning.
2. Coaching spots open up for new clients when existing clients finish their program.
It's sometimes difficult to predict when I have an opening because many of my clients find the coaching so powerful for their career, personal life and growth, they extend their program.
I have many clients whom I've been supporting on their path for years, some return for more coaching at each turning point in their professional and personal lives, and some continue the program on a reduced level as maintenance so they can turn to me when things come up in their lives.
Step 1: I personally review your responses to understand your goals and context.
Step 2: If we’re aligned, you’ll receive an invitation to book a private call where we’ll explore the fit in real time.
Step 3: During the call, we’ll discuss your challenges, desired outcomes, and what working together would look like.
Step 4: If it feels right on both sides, we’ll move forward with a custom coaching engagement. If not, I’ll recommend resources or referrals to guide your next step.
