I have a confession to make.

I'm a learning junkie. So I sign up for a lot of newsletters myself. But like you, I lead a busy life, so many of them I never get around to reading.

That's why I have no interest in sending out a newsletter that you won't read either. I respect your time, your energy, and your inbox. Not to mention, I also have a busy life, so that would be a waste of my time and energy too (the most-read newsletter I've written so far has an open rate of 70+%).

I focus on sharing what I feel would be useful to you - either it inspires you or is practical for your growth and learning. That's who I am and reflects what is important to me. And I know I usually hit both because when people send me unsolicited feedback (often on LinkedIn, sometimes on IG), the 2 words I get most frequently are exactly this - "inspirational" and "practical."

As a storyteller, I have a lot of stories to share because I meet, speak and coach many amazing people in my life (so many that most stories just live in my head as unwritten posts and newsletters).

I try to write when I myself am inspired. But sometimes, in-between "life" happening, my inspiration doesn't come "on the clock." So if you're signing up for our newsletter, be warned - I don't stick to a strict schedule. You can expect an email from me to pop up in your Inbox at any time.

And I don't write "only" about your career or work. I write for whole human beings who care about their success and happiness both at work and at home. I see success as how you design your whole life, not just one part of it.
